Rose Lejiste
Executive Director | B.O.T.
Rose LeJiste was born and raised in South FL. She has an engineering and tech background with a bachelors in Industrial Engineering and certifications in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
She has over 16 years of experience in both government and commercial sectors and currently runs her own consulting firm, RL Engineering and Tech Solutions.
Rose currently serves as the Executive Director of Black Orlando Tech, a nonprofit committed to accelerating minority economic advancement through careers and entrepreneurship in tech. Rose coordinates the organization’s Tech Startup Series, an entrepreneurial development program focused on ensuring that black founders have a solid business foundation.
Socrate Exantus – MBA, PMP, GRI
CEO | All County CFL Property Management
Socrate Exantus is a Hall Of Fame – Entrepreneurship Awardee. Socrate is currently the CEO of All County Property Management; a multimillion business with four offices throughout Florida. Socrate is also the CEO of Critical Path Consulting (a thriving Business Leadership Consulting Firm).
Prior to becoming the CEO at All County, Socrate spent 14 years with Sprint serving in several leadership roles including: Training Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Operations Manager for Sprint’s B.I.S.O. Mr. Exantus is an International Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate Speaker. Mr. Exantus earned his B.A. in management from UCF and a Master’s in Project Management from the George Washington University. Mr. Exantus is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Florida REALTORS Instructor. Socrate is an Amazon Best Selling author of – Find Your Hedgehog and STOP Working! He is on the Board of Directors for UCF College of Business Integrated Business, and UCF Real Estate Advisory Council.
Socrate attributes his success to his passion for attracting and developing leaders. He is committed to working with the best and brightest current and future leaders.
Socrate is a John Maxwell certified consultant, speaker and coach. Socrate is also a Rollins College certified facilitator/trainer.
Trey Alson
Senior Loan Office | BBIF
Trey Alston, Senior Loan Officer, has been with BBIF since 2018 and manages the lending and business development efforts for the organization throughout the state of Florida. Trey has over 18 years small business & consumer banking experience with knowledge of Bank Operations, Consumer & Small Business Lending, Deposit, Sales Management and Coaching.
Prior to joining BBIF, Trey worked with Regions Financial Corp where he developed and executed sales and growth strategies in his market.
Trey also lead the banks’ CRA outreach efforts throughout his region and was responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with community organizations, helping them create and teach financial literacy programs in low income communities.
Trey has a BS degree in Communications with a concentration in Banking and Finance from West Virginia University.
Maritza Rabinowitz
Sr. Stakeholder Liaison | IRS
Maritza Rabinowitz is a Senior Stakeholder Liaison with the Internal Revenue Service. As senior stakeholder liaison, Maritza is responsible for establishing relationships with tax professionals, industry associations, small business groups, and community-based organizations. She also has responsibility for facilitating IRS’ effort to develop and administer policies and strategies, to assist Limited English Proficient taxpayers in meeting their tax responsibilities.
Maritza joined the IRS in 1988 as a Revenue Agent in the Examination Division in Manhattan, New York. Maritza is a certified instructor for the Internal Revenue Service.

Laine Powell, M.Ed., MSM is the Founder and Executive Director of Tech Sassy Girlz., a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of underrepresented girls in middle and high school to engage in STEM-related topics and inspire their career interests. Powell created the organization to address the critical shortage of women and minorities being represented in high-tech STEM careers. She firmly believes that leveraging technology is an opportunity for girls to be content creators and makers. Igniting her passion to work with students, Powell is committed to providing the much needed support to help them succeed in life. Powell is currently working on her doctorate in Instructional Technology and Distance Education.
Currently, Powell is Vice President of Human Resources and Training/Project Manager for AceApplications, LLC., a technology solutions and staffing provider. AceApplications works with businesses, schools, and government agencies, delivering custom software, mobile and web development, cloud applications, IT staffing, IT consulting and technology sales.
