Virtual Panel Discussion Graphic

This May Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and City Commissioners will bring our community together for the first City of Orlando Annual Haitian American Heritage Month Celebration. We will highlight the lasting contributions, culture, traditions and positive influence of Haitian American in Central Florida.

“Get To Know Us” is our theme this year. We will learn about Haitian history, culture, traditions, art, businesses, and religion. This year out of an abundance of caution, we have moved our celebration online with a virtual panel discussions. This event is a depiction of the city’s continued commitment to inclusion, respect and diversity.

We hope you can join us for an evening full of opportunities for personal growth, cultural expression, and much more.
